Eine solche Landschaftsanalyse ermöglicht das generieren von archetypischen Projekten, die in der Regionalentwicklung leichter umzusetzen sind. Die Nachhaltigkeit wird ebenfalls erfüllt, weil solche Projekte regelrecht in den Landschaftsraum eingepasst werden, nicht zu groß oder zu klein sind und dem Leistungsvermögen der Projektmitarbeiter entspricht. Rücksicht auf Ressourcen und das ökologisches Gleichgewicht wird dabei genommen.Auch die Sicht, wie Landschaft emotional und psychologisch wirkt, wird durch das geomantische Ordnungsprinzip deutlich erklärt. Der Landschaft wird damit ein unbewusster Einfluss auf das Verhalten der in ihr lebenden Menschen zugeschrieben, welches wiederum dafür verantwortlich ist, wie der Mensch seinen (Landschafts-)Raum gestaltet. Damit wird Landschaft zu einer Art Text, dessen Autor (Gestalter) der Bewohner ist.
